Visited from out of town to fix a friends computer, I bought a 1gb Ram, the worker behind the counter stated that if this does not help you I will do a 30 day return. I said if this does not work, I will be back in an hour. I came back in an hour, the worker "Mark" was acting twitchy and on the phone with the owner now stating that he can give me only store credit, or a 20% stocking fee. Then hands me the phone to speak to the owner who then refuses even this. No return period. The product was returned in an undamaged condit... read more

Horrible Service. The Owner gave me through so many runs, said he would give me business of selling something common, a hdd enclosure. He forgot it the next week, and kept calling other business horrible. After asking around, his was the only questionable business. His prices vary on computers from week to week i've notice. I would guess he wouldn't have much in those 5+ year old dells he sells around $400

Avoid these people at all cost. They will sell you used parts that will not work and only offer you a store credit if you try to return. Their motto must be " If we get our hands on your money..... It's ours now no matter what".

if you are looking to have a custom machine built that is. After paying hundreds of dollars and a couple of months back and fourth to this place, I ended up with a 600$ non-working brick and had to get Computer and Software Outlet in W/S to make it right. CZ also uses cheap questionable components.
