Very Rude...This guy is very rude, dishonest and inhuman. I had an issue with my charging jack and key board(hardware costs 10+35 =$45). I went to computer world and asked for estimate, the owner said he needs time to give estimate and he said he will call me and tell me the estimate(I know that this is a business trick he is following, once you give your laptop, generally you will go ahead with repair). This place is a wonderful place to have your laptops repaired. I gave my new dell laptop for repair since there was water spilled in keypad and the water has seeped in mother board. The owner Brian was very nice to recieve my complaint. Then he gave me a clear estimate on the cost to repair and the time period to have that repaired. After I accepted with the estimate, he went forward to fix the issue. He also helped to solve my issue in less than the days committed.
