Kris was very friendly! Fast service as well. My laptop would not turn on. I use it for almost all of my projects. Needless to say, it is very important to me. Kris called me the very next day to say it was already fixed :) Affordably priced.
I am so happy with the service I received from Computer Works Pro, which diagnosed my computer problem in lightning fast time. I have never got such excellent service in such a timely fashion bringing my PC anywhere else. They properly diagnosed my issue and got me back in business. And... my jaw dropped at the low diagnostic fee they charge, which is 1/3 of what I have paid at several other shops in town. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs computer assistance - both for home or their business.!!

I have had nothing but great service from Computer Works Pro. Chris serviced a tower for me 3-4 months ago in the store and updated my 'spyware'. He also helped me get a router. Ken made a house visit to help me 'synch' my computer at home. They are a great Dad and son team. I highly recommend them!
