Nate is a lifesaver! Today, my external hard drive went bad and stopped working. I was freaking out. I spoke with one of his assistants over the phone, who was very informative and very friendly. When I dropped my hard drive, Nate looked at it, did some diagnostic work, and gave me detailed information about the cost of doing the work and how much it would cost if he needed to send it somewhere else.
