My wife and I are in our mud 70s , and are left out of the loop on today’s technology. We recently bought a new desktop computer to replace our old one and we took it to computer works for a data transfer of our old computer to the new one. Chase performed the transfer quickly and was very nice to us old people. A few days after we got the new computer back , I screwed up and done something wrong and took it back in to Chase and he fixed in about two minutes. I came into Computerworld with my PC that was overheating. Chase was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my PC super quickly, and even deep cleaned it. When I got it back it looked brand new. Probably the best experience I have ever had with a computer repair business. Definitely recommend

Chase provides extraordinary service. He has a passion for "anything computers" and has the knowledge and capability to perform any repair, rebuild, or service. I feel so fortunate to have found him. The staff and adorable dogs were amazing, very friendly and helpful. They showed me that my problem was fixed and even updated my drivers for a good price. If I have another problem I will be coming back to them ☺️
