Brought them my laptop. Waited until the next day. Finally called them asked them what was wrong. They said, "Motherboard is dead. We can't source one. It's $800 off Amazon. Buy a new computer. We backed up your data." Two things, 1. I didn't ask you to back up my data. You didn't ask me if I wanted it backed up. Not really your place to touch my data. 2. I took it to a different shop where they sourced the motherboard within 45 minutes, and ordered the part. For half the price I was quoted. Not impressed. Not amused. Delete... read more

I have used the wizards for years, they are very knowledable, honest & forthright. I am old & alot of times I am just off the kilter but they treat me like I am not so dumb just old. I cannot tell you how much they help me. Prices are very reasonable/ I cannot say enough about them other than you will not be sorry that you use them for whatever your needs are & they will not ROB YOU. JUST TREAT YOU WITH HELP. Janet
