Scamming people I am very upset !!! I was told when I dropped off my tower to get fixed (and told them the problem) I was told it was $60.00 and if it was more they would call me before they did anything.Well,that is not the case they called and told me it was fixed and the cost is $120.00.That is not good business.Don't tell me your going to to one thing then do another. Some how that sounds illegal to me.My mechanic wouldn't do that . DON"T DO BUSINESS THEIR THEY ARE CROOKS !!!!
Very happy with service! I think that the other reviews were either written about another company or by a competitor. Computer Warehouse replaced the hard drive in my laptop. They had it fixed in less than 24 hours and were very friendly. I would have given them 5 stars, but I did have to take it back for a couple minor tweaks (which they fixed in a few minutes). Overall, I would highly recommend them. They are super nice & very fast!
Computer Repairs They do not wait on customers readily when you enter their shop. I found myself seeking out someone to help me. Then they act reluctant to provide information. The prices of small computer accessories are much higher than their competitors. They also make appointment to come to your house for computer repair and fail to show up. Overcharged for one service, denied another I had purchased a power adapter for my laptop elsewhere, but my computer still would not power up so I took it in to these guys. They replaced the replacement adapter & charged me $189! ($89 of that being the charge for the part, the rest "labor" of a whole 60 seconds or "work" to plug computer in). laptop repair I messed up when i took my laptop to this place starting with the rudeness of the girl that answers the phone to being over charged and in general getting the run around. I can't express how deeply terrible this place is. I would not send my worst enemy to this place.
Horrendous beyond description... but I'll try When I took my laptop into the shop, I could barely get the attention of the rather plain girl at the desk. She would speak a few words, then stare into space. There was a loud buzzing coming from under the counter. I don't know what that was about. Great!!! I had my Dell in for repairs in may of 2009. I had picked up what they tell me is spyware...i had fake anti-virus software loading up over and over. My computer was unusable. I talked to Wes at the computer warehouse, brought in my Dell on a Tuesday. Wes called me a few hours later and explained the problem and the cost of the repair..he was very nice. Computer Warehouse is going out of business soon! Crappy excuse for a repair shop. Rude, arrogant f*&^kers. Go elsewhere. Not HERE! I wasted tons of money hoping to get my computer fixed and it screwed up soon as I got home with it and began to use it.
Computer Warehouse will rip you off These morons didn't tell me the motherboard they ordered for my laptop was on backorder untill the second time I stopped in there shop to find out what was taking so long (three weeks after I dropped it off). Then they tried to charge me a second time for the "diagnostic" of my computer. When I told the girl I had already paid for the "diagnostic" she replied "oh no, if you had already paid, I would have a copy of the recipet attached to my form here".
