These folks deserve five star reviews. While staying with a friend for a few days in RSF, my laptop quit. I took it in and they diagnosed the problem. They couldn't get the part in time before I had to leave, so I went to pick it up. Eric showed me where to order the part, and where to find the video to learn how to install the part. Highly recommend.

Dave is a genius!! I could barely explain what my problems were with the computer and it was like he read my mind. I don't think there is anything he doesn't know about computers! Also he's very nice and patient. He didn't make me feel foolish. Thank you!!
