Because the service man could not duplicate my trouble I was told they could not find the problem but they did find some vius and spyware which they eliminated. I was charged \$150 for in shop repair for 2 1/2 hours of labor. Upon return home my computer still would not run. I called CTS and was told the power was bad in my house. I bought my first computer from Greg and paid cash for it on a 90 days same as cash. It was suppose to be brand new, as it came right out of the box. Problems after problems with the computer.
