This is possibly one of the worst companies I have ever gone through. I called this company through a recommendation of a friend to fix a cracked laptop screen. The owner of the company (Mike) said he would come out and pick it up on a specific day in the morning. Never showed up or called. Called him the next day, he said the same thing.
