My laptop screen had a bad connection with the keyboard. The screen would be white with steps...not working. I took it to them and told them the connection was bad and probably needed a new wire. I came back and they told me the laptop had a virus. They didn't fix the wire. My computer worked twice and then the screen went white with colored stripes again. Took it back. Best service & price. Very knowledgeable & efficient. Had annoyingky slow boot up of my work computer connected to the network. Jim quickly found the problem... caused by an old removed program...several others tried before him. Thanks, Jim and CSA
terrible service I am surprised this store is even allowed to handle anything with computers. They couldn't even put in a cooling system in. My friend who isn't even that good with computers put it in within 10 minutes. There goes $50 for nothing. Do not go here for service
