Asking for 5 minutes of work to test a stick of ram and they won’t do it . What a joke
They got the laptop running for a really good price!
I had an issue with my computer that I couldn't figure out. I took it to computer surgeon and it got fixed. Javan was nice and really good at explaining what his next step was and asking if I wanted them to try the next step. The price was very fair and I am happy with the result. If I have issues in the future I will return.
