June 14, 2024 WOW, yesterday the guys really came to my rescue! My computer stopped working because the inserts on both sides stopped accepting the mouse plug in. I knew that this meant that the computer was shot down. I get to the shop right away and was able to get a very similar computer. Right there and then, the guys were able to transfer the data and I walked out of the shop with my new computer, went home and plugged it in and got back to work right away. Great customer service
They took forever, didn't solve the problem the blue screen problem (Critical process died) the first time so I brought it back in and I still don't have my computer at this time multiple days later. Right when I got home I turned it on and I immediately noticed multiple problems. It's like they didn't even test it first. Additionally, it costed $100 and something that could have been fixed in a few hours is taking over a week.
I’ve been here a few times, and the people here are always incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was able to come here in a pinch to grab parts to fix my computer and they helped me out. Their prices are great and I will be a returning customer. Highly recommend!
