Held the phone about 20 minutes then blue me off. SUCKS
I brought my laptop in to fix the gap near the USB port after the laptop fell but nothing got broken and laptop is working perfectly fine. David tried to diagnose the laptop and explained the charges. However, during the diagnosis, some spare parts got broken near the joint between screen and bottom, the gap widened further, and on top of that the screw couldn't be tightened back. This is really unprofessional. Now, if I go to Dell, they will charge a huge amount for the broken parts. :(
