It took them 3 weeks to do 2 hours of work. The lady that works there is rude and we eventually had to have our insurance agent deal with them to get anything done. They also neglected to verify the integrity of my $140 quad core processor when I asked them to (I disassembled my mobo when I got it back and they hadn't even taken the heatsink off) I don't know If they're clueless or just lazy at this point, but I know it's a simple process to post with the cpu in a different am3 board to run the self test on the cpu, because ... read more
Provided spec's for a computer with this merchant. The computer we UNFORTUNATLY got from this merchant HAS BEEN A COMPLETE AND TOTAL DISSAPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!! Made an appointment to have the computer worked on. Was told it would take a couple of days. (Even provided a code for one of the problens) They had it for a week . Don't know what they did , other than take our money. Got it back with same problems. NOTHING WAS FIXED!
