I love Computers & More. Back when they were located next to Beverley's Fish & Chips, I purchased a used Macbook Pro for my business. That laptop lasted 10 to 12 years! These guys over charge and customer service sucks. They lack courtesy and professionalism. Basically it’s their way or the highway. I don’t recommend them.
I am absolutely furious with this place. I brought my laptop in for a simple repair, and not only did they FAIL to fix anything, but the owner had the nerve to hold my laptop hostage and demand money just to give it back. Yes — he actually said, “If you don’t pay, you don’t get your laptop.” This is beyond unprofessional. It’s outrageous, disrespectful, and completely dishonest.
