Dropped MacBook pro off, no word for month and a half. Finally stopped by, Technician stated motherboard is bad. Power supply is still lost in the mess of a shop, had to buy a new one . Took to best buy the same day, had it back next day working perfectly. I'd rather support the little guy, but come on guys! 2 stars for not charging us.

Great help and inexpensive
Love this place. But then again I am a computer geek.
Called and asked for a quote to have my new computer looked at and diagnosed as it won't post and they told me $79 an hour. Call back later that day to schedule a time to take it in and get told the tech "doesn't want to do it". Bunch lazy pricks. If they turn down business simply because they "don't want to" how the hell can they stay open?!
