Computer Sonics, great place to buy a computer Steven was very helpful in picking my sons computer. Asked us question and helped us pick the right one for the job. If he didn't have the part I wanted, he gave me a free upgrade. Now thats customer service. Your awsome Steven.
My first impression I noticed that reviews for Computer Sonics were all over the map so I was really nervous about doing business with them. I had a really bad experience with Best Buy, then a bad experience at Fry s and I really needed to be quick about finding another inexpensive supplier so I decided to give it a go. Computer Sonics Inc Bellevue I have been to the Bellevue shop. Everyone is very helpful. They have state-of-the art equipment and service but with personal service--it is run like an "old-fashioned" family run business. It is great that they are in downtown Bellevue. Rick
Computer Sonics Full Service repair and build one stop shop. Very friendly and helpfull staff. I have only been to the store at the Alderwood mall in Lynnwood. Sean the sales manager is super helpfull and helped me repair and build 3 computers so far at a very affordable price.. Plus they will beat any internet price. Just bring in the add and they beat it.. all in all I give them 10 out of 10
Computer Sonics Inc is BIG on Customer Service Personal customer service is what you will find here at great prices. Steven will take his time to explain anything you don't understand. A big plus is if you can't find your receipts, they have records in their computer. Unlike the big stores which will try to sell you the world, Steven will only sell you what is needed. I brought my computer in for some much needed "tender loving care" I came home with much more than I could have hoped for. The sound is strong and clear...and my computer is 10 times faster than it was before.
I am a student. Also, I am really unfamiliar with technology and computer services and all the time I am unsatisfied by the different computer services which I have been going through. Pleasantly Surprised I had a few bad experiences at different computer stores so I was really nervous about going to Computer Sonics with their kind of all over the place reviews.
