FANTASTIC SERVICE! I read some of the reviews on Google and I am shocked to say the least. I am a professional business woman from Minneapolis who was in Rochester on business (9/10). My laptop froze up and I was out of business. I looked in the yellow pages called Computer Smartz and took my laptop in at 1:30pm. I asked how much will it be to fix it same day? Major thumbs down! Worst customer service ever and misleading ads. You'll be lucky if your bill is under $100! Watch out for extra charges that you don't approve. Check other sites for the exact same complaints over and over.
