Great Service! Great service and Great Prices! I took my computer there and told them another place said it was the motherboard. I wanted a second opinion. They called me 1 hour later and said that a stick of ram was not pushed in all the way. I was in and out in less than 2 hours and my computer never ran better! If you go any where else to get your computer fixed then you are CRAZY! Steve From Rochester

misleading and devious The add says "we will fix any computer for only $49.95" When I dropped off my computer the owner Tim never mentioned the extra $39.95 for diagnostics the $19.95 cleaning fee. He had me sign a paper that didn't have a carbon copy, so I had no proof that he added these charges later to the signed copy. They also did a back up and charged $60 which i didn't need cuz I had already taken everything off the computer that I needed. When I complained he was rude and obnoxious. I Thought this place was GREAT! I read some of the reviews on Google and I am shocked to say the least. I am a professional business woman from Minneapolis who was in Rochester on business (9/10). My laptop froze up and I was out of business. I looked in the yellow pages called Computer Smartz and took my laptop in at 1:30pm. I asked how much will it be to fix it same day? Computer Smartz NIGHTMARE! I wish I would have read the reviews before going to Computer Smartz! It was a complete nightmare. I went to get my dad's laptop today and got a bill for $120! When I questioned the other charges, the owner went off on me. Said he was too busy to call every customer to tell them about a $20 cleaning charge. Very Misleading! I think that the sign in front of the store is very misleading. They will fix your computer for $49.95, but only after charging you $49.95 for diagnostics & $60 to back up your system, so it should say "We'll fix any computer for $160!

NOT low cost! They advertise "low cost computer repair" in their yellow pages ad. They are NOT low cost. They are NOT nice and do not seem to know what customer service is. We will never take our business there again!

bad service i wouldnt ever go to this store again. They are expensive and unhelpful, I dont feel that I was treated fairly in regards to my bill, the owner was not nice at all!
