Terrible customer service! They told me on the phone to bring my printer over with my laptop and they could help me set it up. I figured they would charge a reasonable price since it would take them less than 10 minutes because I already installed the ink. When I got their they acted like they didn't speak to me on the phone and then said it would be $100 dollars for a 10 Minute job smh. Use a different company..... On top of everything they were really rude, no customer service skills at all....
A few days ago, I accidentally dropped my laptop, and the screen partially popped open and stopped displaying anything. I assumed I was either going to need a new laptop or spend a few hundred dollars on repairs. Workers are nice good service… not many laptop selections or pcs mostly just computer parts and old cords
