Very nice people & they do good work.
Little bit disappointed. Apparently they are or aren't affiliated with square trade.... Didn't want to give me a simple estimate saying my device was unable to be repaired.
Entire process of them fixing my PC took way longer than expected because they didn’t know What part needed to be replaced. made me by multiple parts for my PC that I didn’t need. Then charged me more to replace parts in my PC that didn’t need fixing. Will never come back would rather drive to Houston.
