Had my laptop repaired here and was really impressed. The technician was incredibly polite and took the time to offer tailored options and recommendations that perfectly suited my needs. I dropped my laptop off over the weekend, so can't speak to typical repair times, but even with that, the service was fairly quick!

Very nice people & they do good work.
Little bit disappointed. Apparently they are or aren't affiliated with square trade.... Didn't want to give me a simple estimate saying my device was unable to be repaired.
