I recently experienced a hard drive failure on my 17 inch lap top computer and Robert was able to retrieve all of the data and programs and replaced the hard drive with a new one. In addition he uploaded some important programs for malware and backup issues and was extremely helpful in getting me up and running in short time. Moreover, he was very reasonable in the his pricing. I highly recommend him for any computer issues. He can also help, in many cases, remotely.

I used Bob when my computer suddenly told me that it no longer had a hard drive. I spoke with Bob over email then phone and then finally in person when I dropped off the computer to be fixed. Bob was incredibly diligent in identifying the problem and offering me multiple options on how we can proceed with fixing it. He stayed in constant contact with me until the new part was acquired and the computer back up and running. I would highly recommend him for any computer issues you have.

He is very knowledgeable about all types of computers and has provided timely repairs of my laptops and PC at a very reasonable rate.
