I would highly recommend this service for anyone needing their computer fixed or optimized. I live in a state other than Arkansas but still received computer help from this service through remote access! Their use of remote access is easy to get set up and allows them to use and fix your computer from far away if that's more convenient for you. I imagine the service would be even better if you were nearby! Fantastic service, very knowledgeable, and has my computer running faster than before!
