Did a great job on rescuing my memory card from a wet computer. I thought it was dead but I am so happy I was able to obtain all my documents and beloved pictures and videos.

Took my pc in, John looked at it , didn't even touch it, didn't ask what OS it had, or anything, just said "we don't work on pre-built computers". (It's a Lenovo running windows 10). If they don't work on pre-built computers, what do they work on???

I called two different computer repair places to describe a problem and ask if they would be able to fix it. The first shop told me they’d charge me 60 bucks to diagnose it and then parts and labor and they would get to it when they could get to it. The guy wasn’t rude or anything, but he wasn’t particularly helpful or friendly either. When I called Computer, Revolutions, instead of telling me to bring it in so they could charge me money to diagnose it, he solved the problem over the phone in about 30 seconds.
