They have my computer for 4 MONTHS... and I have Zero contact from them. I tried calling, but there number has a fax machine hook up to it . I try going there to pick up my computer but they are never open. Avoid this place like the plaque. Negative -20 stars
Horrible service. They create their own hours and are never there. I went in four times in two weeks at different times throughout the day, even mid Saturday to get the status of my computer. Even after 2 weeks my part hadn't arrived so I finally got hold of them and got my money back. Advice... pay the extra 20 bucks elsewhere unless you want to deal with arrogant people and slow service
