Rich repaired my computer. He is polite and works quickly. He provided network advice for setting up my internet connection. When he fixed my computer all data including my pictures, documents, and music was saved to my satisfaction.
Rich repaired my computer. He provided pick up and delivery service, which was convenient for me because I work late. He worked with my schedule and did excellent service. Further, he provided tutorial for the various programs in my computer system.

His fee is very reasonable and he is very professional. My family appreciates his knowledge on different tactics used to assist in preventing it from happening again. Rich is now our new found home IT.

The internet was disrupted on my laptop computer. The pick up and delivery sevice from this tech was professonal and very effective at fixing my computer problem. Now its working better than before and the tech installed a really good antivirus to protect my computer investment.
My HP Personal computer was not working due to a virus problem. The computer was diagnosed with a few bad sectors on the hard drive, which Rich repaired without added expense to me. HE is also professional and does not charge too much. He does pick up and delivery service-convenient for me. I would recommend his service to others in the future.
