Excellent customer service and smart people, my system was checked out by them and they didn't charge me anything because they said it was "too easy" not even a diagnostic charge. I came back home, plugged it in, and there it goes...working the way it is supposed to be. I'm still amazed. I will make sure to tell everyone I know about this computer repair shop.

My life was saved, I didnt have to wait too long for my motherboard to be repaired, I was in Charlotte for few days when my system crashed, they repaired my system when others couldn't, I'm just very happy that I was able to work on my files that were due while I was in town, Overall I'm very satisfied with them< I wish we had a good reliable computer store like them in my town.

1 of my computer at my office crashed and I had several important files, I took my computer to this shop and they retrieved all my data, i thought they weren't going to be able to retrieve anything because smoke came out of my computer and a bad clicking noise coming from the hard drive! but I was amazed EVERYTHING was retrieved! Thanks!!!

They know what they're doing – I had several server problems at my office, I was introduced tho this company and they helped me to correct all my issues, not only they corrected them but they modified my computers and equipment to where I was able to do a lot more stuff that I thought I never had! very fast too

i took my computer in for repair to this shop by monday morning...i had it back that same evening! i didnt even ask for an expedite service or anything, thats just the way they work, my computer is actually running a lot faster than before, great prices too, will use them again

Greetings All, I normally do not post reviews, however given my awful experience with Alex Vellve I felt the need to warn any potential customers. My laptop was repaired almost 2 months ago. When it was time for me to pick up my laptop Alex Vellve was nowhere to be found. I would go to there office located on North Tryon and the doors would be locked. This company has been a nightmare. I gave them my computer over a month ago to do a routine repair. They promised it back in less than a week. For a long time they gave me reasonable sounding excuses and telling me that they would make it up to me by discounting the cost. Now they have stopped answering the phone and no one is ever in the office when I go there. I have gone by three times and called every day for over a week. I am afraid I will not get my computer back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Great prices – This is the only company that had flat rate, everyone else was charging $80 ore more per hour, this company told me aprox what the problem was and they were sure about that because when the technician arrived she realized that was really the problem, the total cost was $150 and she was here for over 2 hours!
