THIS ISNT EVEN MY PHONE. I brought my phone to this guy in December. He’s said multiple times that it was ready, but when I went to pick it up it wasn’t. Its like whatever he says on the phone is the complete opposite in real life. He literally had me drive out to Burg FOR NOTHING at least 5 times. And the last few times I went he asked for my number so he could call when it was done, does he just not keep numbers down? Took my computer there for a fix, gotta call saying come get it. Picked it up and didnt even turn on. Went back middle of December to get it fixed again and hes had it since than.. i walked in to check the progress and he said its updating come by later. Stopping by this time he said itd be done by tomorrow morning. New years eve came i went in and hes like funny thing, it was this problem, i just gotta get it back together. Terrible place to take your computer. The guy who runs it lied multiple times to me saying he had fixed the computer but then kept saying I couldn't come pick it up yet. He dodged my calls as well. All in all, what he said would take a week took over a month and my computer is still broken.
Took my computer in to get fixed the touch screen was being weird. . Took 2 days no big deal. pick it up. Something was hooked up wrong so it wouldn’t turn on. took it back. he fixed that. got home he didn’t install any of the drivers so my computer again didn’t work. took it back again he put the drivers back on it. took it home the sound would t work. he didn’t install that driver. and my computer is SLOWER than snot now. i just figured out how to install the audio driver myself. because every time i take my computer back ... read more
