My computer was running slow, possible viruses. I took it in and was told it would not boot up and needed a new hard drive for $200. I pointed out that it booted up when I brought it in, and then I was told it did boot up. This was a 4 year old laptop and I know it's not even worth the $200 to put a new hard drive in. Even if the hard drive was bad, which it wasn't, I think a reputable business would not recomend paying $200 to fix an old computer when a new one could be puchased for just a little more than that. I had problems with my computer, got an error message saying "Time Clocked Stopped" I was unable to load my computer at all. I took the computer to this repair center to have it worked on and showed them what the computer did, James was the one who I dealt with and he stated he was unsure what was wrong, and he would call me when he knew what was going on. I received a call a few hours later telling me it was the hard drive and it needed to be replace and windows would need to be reinstalled after replacing the hard drive. C... read more
The people were great the service was great. I had my computer wiped completely clean, and i have not had problem since
