If the owner Buzz is cheap enough to sell you burned copies of Windows can you really trust the service and hardware? Busted TWICE by Microsoft.
They'd get 0 stars if it were possible. Bad techs, bad owner (Buzz likes to stand next to you and pass gas the whole time he's helping you). They severely undercut you on used items just to turn around and sell them for 200-400% profit. They sell illegal software. Buzz hires the cheapest schmucks around....he thinks saving the $2-$4 per hour is worth it in the long run....that is until your emails or private photos are posted online from shady techs. Money was paid to fix an old computer. When trying to deterimine if it would be better to just get a new laptop, they lied in order to get money from us. They said the computer would work but after taking it home it was realized new parts were needed. If Randy had been honest to begin with we could have gotten a better computer and trashed the old one, but based on his lies we made a bad decision.
These guys really know what they are doing. It does not take weeks to get the computer inspected like it does with other companies. My computer was back and running in less then a few days! Totally worth it!

I had taken my computer elsewhere and they couldn’t find what was wrong with it. Then I had taken it to Computer Renaissance and they figured out the problem right away! I was so impressed with the service I received. The guy that repaired my computer is so amazing; he is truly a computer expert. Highly Recommended!!!
