Took in computer on Wed. night. Was told that a space would open up on their bench on Thursday. Called about 6pm Thursday, was told that a spot was about to open and they would get right on it. Went out of town Friday, called again Monday evening. Said they were just about to get started on it. Went over Tuesday afternoon, no work started. Took computer with me, was treated rudely. Would not recommend this business to anyone. Poor customer service, very displeased with this company.

AWESOME service! Dave and Missy were extremely helpful, and really went above and beyond! Very friendly, and VERY reasonable pricing! Will definitely be coming here for all computer problems in future!!

Brought my old lap tops back to life. Also, recommended a new operating system to get me away from Windows 8 which I dislike very much. Price was right and good friendly customer service.

I've never brought a PC in for repair, I take care of that myself. However, if I ever need cables, adaptors, or other things, like older parts, this place is the place to go if your on their side of town

Absolutely excellent repair service. While it took a while to get my computer back, it was not their fault as they were backed up in the store with repair requests. After they finally got around to taking a look at my computer it only took a few days to get it fixed. Another reviewer on this site complained of having software loaded on the computer that he didn't ask for. These are anti-virus/malware and computer restore programs that are the best on the market and completely free. Don't trust things like Norton or McAfee. T... read more
