Needed a new ink pad for my Epson printer. Elijah took the time to make sure I had the correct replacement. Also showed me the procedure for resetting the printer and obtaining the code key to do so. I am now able to resume printing thanks to Elijah.
We went in to reset our Epson ET-2650 printer. which took no time! we were in and out. Customer service and results are 10/10! Dennis was super friendly, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced! The gentleman that was also there working was super kind! Dennis had also given us tips on how to maintain our printer 🙏 100% recommend! 👍
