Posting this review in hopes the business resolves this matter quickly and fairly but will take this as far as necessary. On March 10, 2026 around 3 PM, I entered Computer and Laptop Liquidation in Fort Myers after driving by the store and deciding to stop in. I purchased a laptop, but almost immediately realized it was not the right device for my needs as one had been purchased without me knowing as a surprise. I had a very disappointing experience with this repair shop and feel it’s important to warn others. I initially brought my phone in for a battery replacement. The battery they installed was defective, and they told me they would replace it with an Apple-certified battery. About three weeks later they said the new battery had been installed. However, my phone continued to malfunction. First go was not good but they totally made it right and gave me a certified apple battery. The first battery faulty and a couple of weeks of inconvenience but they handled with professionalism.
Just took my phone there for battery repair had notice from Apple that unverified part and is not holding a charge. Another guy walked in with a computer he bought the day before that didn’t work. The place has a really bad smell too.
