Computer Paramedics provides thorough, thoughtful, and consistently kind service on every level. Unparalleled support, always ready to help, always available. We're Mac-based but this presented no problems for them at all. Their recommendations on products, services, and support have always been on-the-money. And they are the nicest people with whom I regularly do business - they have my unqualified recommendation for any IT need.
Computer Paramedics is a Godsend! All the staff is extremely patient, courteous and knowledgeable, and they're just a phone call away. It's wonderful that they can remote in to my computer and fix my problems on the spot. If I have needed specialized help, they've gotten back to me within 24 hours. I have run a statewide nonprofit organization from my home for three years. I've had many computer issues during that time. I can't imagine doing that without the support of Computer Paramedics. Quick repair at a decent price.
Amazing. I called them in a panic with a crashed computer and they calmed me down, solved my problem, and charged me much less than I'd expected. Very competent, fair, and trustworthy. I HIGHLY recommend going here if you have computer issues.
I began getting what I was told is the "blue screen of death" and knew I had to do something. I didn't know who to contact but was referred to someone who gave me little hope and prices between $300 & $400. My though was why not just buy a new laptop. I could use by computer for short periods of time and then the FBI virus showed up!
