Way to go! My computer had a broken hinge and a cracked case, but now it's good as new! Not only that, but Fernando made sure I got a purple case just like my old one:) I had told him color didn't matter because I was trying to keep the cost down/ didn't want any extra hassle, but I was actually delighted that he went to the extra effort to give me a fixed computer that still felt like mine. Way to go!
I thought that my USB memory stick was destroyed beyond any data retrieval but Computer Overhaul proved me wrong! Within the tImeframe agreed upon, they contacted me and ALL data was recovered. I rerturned with a USB memory stick and within minutes all data was copied to it and for the price what a bargain and a nice Christmas gift. Excellent technical expertise. So far so good !! I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received from Computer Overhauls. I've got a Macbook that was crashing and after speaking with Brian at Computer Overhauls he clearly laid out the options for me. I could bring it in for a free diagnostic, he gave me a few ball park reason for the crashing from bad memory or hard drive to worst case the logic board.
