Win Win situation for me :) So, I went there on a wimb one Sunday (really crappy weather). It's not far from where I lived so I decided to take a chance. So, I get there soaking wet and had to stop at at the front desk of this building to sign in and show ID (annoying) but, after that it was all good. My wife bought me a brand new laptop for my birthday two months ago and I was so excited because I've been on a desktop forever! I never realized how much I love my computer!! OMG I never realized how much I love my computer!! Just after the expiration of 3 years warranty, the computer screen became black with a message of HDD Hard Error. At first, I didn't know what happened. I called Microsoft. The operator told me that I had 3 choices first go to a repair shop, second go to Internet and research what the message means, third pay $59 to talk to a technician in Microsoft. I don't have to pay for that norton thing every year. 've had the same laptop for about three years and it's always work well for me but I noticed over the past six months or so that it had really begun to crawl and take FOREVER to load up.
