As busy as your staff was, I was quite impressed with their attention they paid to every customer. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and I am looking forward to returning to you guys to upgrade my laptop. You need 10 stars for your service.

Computer Overhauls is polite, Computer Overhauls is polite, efficient and certainly seem to know their business. Like going to the dentist, I hope I won't have to go again for a long time, but it is nice to know they are there
These guys know what they are doing These guys know what they are doing! I was very pleased with the data recovery project that they did for me, recovering both data a file structures. They were also able to recover locally stored AOL data other service companies said they would not be able to do that.
The COMPUTER OVERHAULS staff (especially you Alex!) gave me quality time and knowledge on a confounding issue. Whenever it got to the point of almost not continuing, they dug deeper and soon enough they tackled and solved my problem. COMPUTER OVERHAULS came to me highly recommended, and I will continue to recommend same.
I left feeling very satisfied with the entire experience. I was help immediately when I arrived by Daniel who confirmed the logic board was shorted out. He quoted me $429 for the repair and about 1-2 weeks for the repair window.. They gave me but e-mail update and phone calls throughout the process which made me feel at ease. About 8 days in the work was done and I picked up my newly repaired baby. I left feeling very satisfied with the entire experience.
My ipod kept shutting off on me and I was not happy. Although my ipod was a first edition ipod nano, so roughly, 4 or 5 years old, I expected it to work. I took my ipod the Apple Store 14th street and another customer on line told me about Computer Overhauls. They are currently running a fix your ipod for free special. When I got there, they looked at my ipod and told me that I needed a new battery. I was more than willing to spend the money for a new battery than have to go out and buy another ipod.
