I visited the store with my 5 ps3's on Apr 8, 2014 hoping I had found a good place to get them fixed, since I sell them on Ebay and Amazon I sell a lot. I spoke to a guy at the counter he informed me that they supposedly do all game stop customers (which is an untruth I found out later). A lot more untruths more s were to come from this guy. I brought a Laptop in and received awesome work on the repair and excellent customer service. I highly recommend their services!!!!
They saved all my files I needed and thought me so much, and all it cost was $49.00...I will send all my friends and family to Computer One. They are awesome ask for Monica she took the time to show me where all of my stuff disappeared to just in case it happened again! Thanks you guys again you rock:)
I HAVE TO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE. THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEFINETLY GAVE PROMPT SERVICE. I BROUGHT IN A LAPTOP FOR REPAIR AND 2 DAYS LATER I HAD IT BACK AND IT WORKED GREAT. I ALSO BOUGHT A LAPTOP FROM THEM FOR $150 AND IT WAS WORTH AT LEAST $200. THANKS COMPUTER ONE FOR A GREAT CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR MY SON! ~SWEAT PEA
