I had a very negative experience with Computer Masters. The hard drive on my daughter's computer crashed, so I took it to this shop to see what could be done. They could not recover the data, which I understand and is not the issue. After two days when the computer was not yet working, I decided to pick up the computer. Instead, I received a call from the technician working on the computer, and he proceeded to harass and manipulate me to the point that I was in tears at the end of the call and agreeing to let him "fix" the c... read more
I've been calling computer places for 2 days, trying to get somebody to get up and look in the back for a spare floppy disk they have lying around. (Because I needed one for a BIOS update). No place would even check for me. But when I called computer master, she checked for me. Found a floppy disk in the back. Then, offered it to me for free. :)
