Computer Problems....Jim is your man!! I installed new ram in my desktop and the monitor would not come on. I tried everything I could think of with no luck. When I called, he suggested a few items and I asked if I brought Tower in how much to tell me if it is fixable....nothing! Really, nothing? Yep! So I did and after checking several items hooking up his own equipment, bypassing this and that and still no luck we thot the motherboard was fried. While they did the work asked and their prices were great, they were somewhat rude as my wife tried to explain to them what was wrong with her computer. The employee took the computer and the cord out of the bag and immediately plugged it in and took a look at it. When we went back in to pick it up, we were given the wrong electric cord, and told that we did not bring in our cord when we dropped it off, when both my wife and I watched them take the cord out and use it when we first dropped it off. I have had several occasions in which I needed some help with my computer. Advice from them has saved my hide any number of times. Their products are top notch and they deserve to be supported by the community.
