I have been working with Tom Hall of Computer House Calls for over 25 years. He is great to work with. He always returns my calls promptly and has great hours covering most times you would need him. He comes right to my home office and gets any problems fixed quickly. His rates are reasonable and he is always available by phone to answer a quick question, like "why is my printer suddenly not printing"! Tom is an absolute pleasure! He is knowledgeable and sets reasonable expectations, and he was kind enough to offer advice over the phone before making an in-person appointment.

Moved away from Charlotte in 2013 but prior to that Tom Hall (Computer House Calls) was my go to person for solving any and ALL computer issues for well over a decades. I can't recommend him more strongly. Not only is he an extremely knowledgable computer "genius" but he is a nice guy who never failed to solve my computer issues and did so in a timely fashion with reasonable prices.
