Dan was amazing! I walked in with low spirits and a PC I’ve been unable to fix for about ~2 years. He took the time to sit me down, show me was going on, solved the issue, and even taught what I could do better to optimize my storage & overall PC performance. Would highly recommend Dan for your computer repair needs. I had old church equipment that I needed help with to print checks and Dan did everything he could think of to help get us back in business. He spent hours researching and looking for alternatives for us. The printer was dead in the water but Dan had a printer on hand and at a very reasonable price that we were able to purchase and get us up and running again. I will definitely b using him again with my own personal equipment.
I went to his office today because my laptop wasn't turning on for while. But he helped fix my laptop which was chargers problem. He also helped with other things like how to make my laptop more faster and useful. He was really nice and funny guy. He was the best guy I ever met.👍
Had a very common issue with thermal paste. Guy said he had never heard of the issue before. Said he "knew his competition and Noone else around could do thermal paste." Never quoted a price. Real smart ass on the phone. I called a different repair shop and they fixed and tested my computer within a couple hours. Update I know it affects your livelihood but not only did you NOT even give me a chance to refuse your services, you are also definitely not educated enough on your competition. Wow—what great service! I went to Dan for help with my grandparents’ computers and to transition them from some very old hardware to new equipment. He was extremely helpful and patient, offering multiple options—including a refurbished computer he had on hand that was in excellent shape at a great price.
