Dan is a very friendly person to work with! He figured out the issue concerning my PC in a day, solved it, and gave me very fair prices whilst also relaying advice on how to avoid issues like this in the future and properly care for my computer. He chats very well and gives reasonable and fair prices, this is an amazing place to go if you ever have any issues with your computers!
If you’re looking someone who is respectful, kindhearted and understands what he’s doing then I definitely recommend Computer Helpers. Dan diagnosed my problem (a hard drive failure) while I was there and had it fixed the next day. I was nervous about getting work done on my computer but he reassured me and taught me a lot on how to take care of my computer as well. Couldn’t have loved Dan more. I was extremely anxious about losing my data when I walked into his shop with a water damaged laptop. He almost immediately checked my laptop for me when all other repair shops I went to could only put me on a one-week long queue. Due to his help, I ended up with having all my data retrieved the next day. What a relief. Price was very fair. I highly recommend Dan to anyone who expects such fast, high-quality, and cost effective service!
I had a great experience at computer-helpers with Dan. He is very professional and helpful. He also taught me along the way when my system was getting inspected. I will certainly come back in the future if I have any further issues, and the prices are very fair. I highly recommend!
This was an excellent experience b/c Dan is amazing at diagnosing and fixing computer issues! I am very attached to my laptop, and thankfully he was able to install a new battery in record time for me so I could get it back! The price for the part and labor was much lower than I expected and this is because Dan is a kind-hearted guy. I would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with computer problems. Apparently he also refurbishes computers too, for really good prices. Anyway, thanks again so much! =)
