Dan is absolutely the best tech support person around. He took the time to sit with me & explain the issues I was having with my laptop & spent even more time on getting it back up & running. He is very knowledgeable & trustworthy, I would 100% recommend him to anyone that needs help with their computer repairs.
I have an Alienware gaming laptop whose battery died and Dan was able to fix it smoothly. He quoted me $150 to research the right part, order it, install it, prime it, and install Windows 11 in the meantime, and everything works perfect. His service is extremely reliable and convenient, and I absolutely recommend it to anyone who needs computer help.
Dan was amazing! I walked in with low spirits and a PC I’ve been unable to fix for about ~2 years. He took the time to sit me down, show me was going on, solved the issue, and even taught what I could do better to optimize my storage & overall PC performance. Dan was amazing! I noticed one day my Laptop wasn’t charging and took it to Best Buy where they quoted me $500 for a new motherboard. Took it to Dan and he used a different charger and it started right up! Absolute life saver couldn’t recommend him more! Definitely will be using him for anything in the future!
Dan is the MAN. Brought my rig to him after it crapped out on me, unfortunately it wasn't a simple fix. Despite that he worked tirelessly to see it back in working order. Fantastic service ran by a great guy.
