I took a class at ORICL from Dan Jones because I had a 2016 computer that could not be updated to Windows11. I needed to understand my options. After the class I met with him at his shop and he helped me to understand my options on the specifications I would need. I was able to purchase directly from him and he helped me set it up. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. He made what could have been a stressful purchase, very painless.
Dan was great help with my laptop. The reboot issue was new, and I had him just replace the hard drive as a preventative measure. And it was at a extremely reasonable rate. It works like new now. And...he was a pleasure to talk with as well.
We had a wonderful experience! My 10 year old was so unhappy with his gaming laptop. Dan added just what it needed so now it runs great! He was so quick, kind and friendly and we will absolutely call him for any other computer problems in the future! I recommend him 1000%!!
I have used them twice now and this last time after I had been hacked and could not anything to work I called and brought it by same day and kept overnight and next day it was repaired. They explained everything and helped me get it up and running. I was very pleased with the charge and it was more than fair. I will always use Computer Helper's when I need help with my computer. Highly recommend to all.
Dan fixed my PC quickly and cheaply. He's fair, friendly, and someone you can put your fears aside with. I coulsnt recommend him enough, and I'm sure he will have my business again
