Wow—what great service! I went to Dan for help with my grandparents’ computers and to transition them from some very old hardware to new equipment. He was extremely helpful and patient, offering multiple options—including a refurbished computer he had on hand that was in excellent shape at a great price. Dan was a lifesaver! He knew exactly what my son’s computer needed and for just $20! Best Buy had it for a week which cost me $200 just to tell me it couldn’t be fixed and we needed a new computer. He explained the issue thoroughly and showed us how to use the accessory. Great conversation and super friendly. Computer Helpers is definitely going to be our go to for any future computer issues. Computer troubles are always agonizing. Dan knows how important they are to his customers. My partner and I were recently updating our computers to Windows 11. Hers went well. Mine did not. I had already resigned myself to needing to wait a number of days, but Computer Helper's were able to get my PC in, figure out the issue, and get it back to me within the same day, despite having other work lined up as well. P.S. Dan has one of the most awesome PC builds I've seen. The case looks amazing! ^^
Dan Jones was able to use his expertise to fix my laptop quickly. He explained steps to ensure the problem does not arise in the future. His prices are extremely fair. I trust his advise. Oak Ridge is so fortunately to have such an excellent resource for computer repairs.
We felt very fortunate to work with Dan at Computer Helpers in Oak Ridge. He helped us update our computer to Windows 11 and added more memory. He educated us on how to use various aspects of the new system and was very patient answering questions. We picked up our computer after only two days and the cost was very reasonable.
