Phenomenal experience. Dropped my PC off and he had it fixed the next day. Great costumer service from start to finish. He even added a screw that I had been missing on my PC for a while. Will definitely use their service again.
To repair my computer from crashing it only cost my $82.00, which is by the lowest price I’ve ever seen charged for an effective repair and I was even given a complementary external mouse free of charge. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the Cleveland area if they’re having an unexplained and uneventful problem with their computer. Did I mention the time in which the repair was complete? It was maybe 1 day tops.
I’m a grateful and satisfied recurring customer. Logan identified and corrected a number of issues that were giving me grief and brought my sluggish computer back to speed. I highly recommend Computer Helper.
