I know enough about computers to know when I'm being had, and there were no such feelings with Caleb. He was able to give me an accurate quote over the phone before I even brought my computer in, and it was quite reasonable. His service was also quite timely and thorough. I had a virus AND a damaged hard drive and he was able to recover exactly the programs and files I wanted to keep, even remove the virus from the legitimate file I wanted to keep. I recommend him to anyone with a problem in the hardware or software.
