To whom it may concern, I, the service and management at this location, is off the chart ,, anytime I need assistance on my Compter , laptop or desktop, this is the place you need to contact ,,, so amazing , polite , and the knowledge of the staff is well above the rest ,,, great attitude from the staff , couldn't ask for anything better ,,,, Thank again for the awesome service and help with my systems ,,, And by the way they have the amazing anti-virus protection program,,,, I have never had a problem ,,,,,,
Pricey and sometimes not very helpful My family, friends and I have shopped at Computer Heaven over the past years and have all been somewhat disappointed. Their selection is somewhat limited and their prices are somewhat high. Some of the staff is quite knowledgeable but others are not very helpful or nice.
Fast and Friendly My work PC crashed and Computer Heaven was the only company that could come out that day. The tech was very friendly and they had me up and running in less than an hour. He not only fixed the problem he showed me how it had happened so I could avoid problems in the future. I was very satisfied with their service.
Nice people, but expensive for used computers! I've only been in here once for a cable (I think it was a 25 ft cat 5), and the price was reasonable. Another time I called looking for a 6-20 GB SCSI hard drive, and they had a 9GB for like $20... used. I said no thanks. They also repair computers, which I'm sure amounts to re-installing the OS after virus outbreaks for like $100 to $120. Not very knowledgeable These folks run a computer shop and dont have a clue about much. We had a bust power supply but it was from Dell. We enquired around for a replacement and these guys said they had one in stock. We told them it needed special connectors and they said all power supply are same and will work with all machines. And when we checked them out, they didnt have the one we needed.

The best PC store in town period. I was so impressed with these guys. I took my computer to another repair shop, and they told me it couldn't be fixed, and that I would have to buy a new one, a friend told me to try Computer Heaven. Not only did they fix my computer for a minimal fee, but I got it back the same day. GDB Ignore the bad reviews, esp those first few posted from about 10 yrs ago. Computer Heaven today has good prices, good in-house servicing, very good support and advice. Have used them for years with no complaints. (2011) FIVE STARS.
Look elsewhere for computer repair! Sought repair of an older computer with the request if it became too expensive to not complete the repair. The bill came in at well more than the value of the computer and took longer to complete than expected. Would not go back.
