Cost 182$ to find out my laptop charger was busted. Lucky me, they replaced it. 130$ for the labor? A universal charger on amazon is 20$. Lesson learned.
The first time they were very helpful and very inexpensive - about a year or so ago. This month my computer was hacked and they removed the hack, but in the process they also removed all my pictures and albums and a few of my important documents. Also lost all my shortcuts and changed my browser. Cost was very high. Be careful when you ask for help. You may get more than you want.
