Had a tech named Raymond come over to the house. Absolute professional. The ability to come to my home was excellent as well.
I made the mistake of buying a PC on Amazon. One visit to this shop and it's now working better than it ever did. It started with lots of BSODs, then drive patches during BIOS boot screens, and finally refused to boot. The team here tracked it down to a faulty drive, recovered my files, and restored a new drive within a week. They were very responsive and even got me my files back within a day or two as a temporary solution. My only wish is that they'd offer an expedited service, which I'd be glad to pay a premium for.
