Always on top of issues when I call - my go to contact is Harry - knowledgeable and communicative. Always explain what is going on and if it something I can help my team with later - he will walk me through to save aggravation on my team.
Good from the start, they answered fast and gave me all the information I needed to know and then some. Zach was the one to help me diagnose my pc and figure out the problem. Would definitely recommend and will return with if I have any more issues. Hopefully not though
Awesome experience from start to finish. Computer was damaged due to a power surge and Jeremy and the team at Computer Experts got right to work when I bought my computer into the store. Since this computer is used to work from home my downtime needed to be minimal. Jeremy and the team got everything done and corrected over the Memorial Day weekend and even got my computer back to me for the weekend so I could use it temporarily while the final parts were being shipped to the store.
