I am a computer technician out of SC. I mailed a client a computer and the mailing carrier trashed it. I told the client to take it to geek squad who then recommended these guys. Computer Evolutions talked with me over the phone and we were quickly able to identify issues. I then asked them to rebuild the machine in a new case since the original was trashed. They got the work done the next day and the computer looked great. Thank you for your professionalism and service to your community. Titans of industry!
Had a high end gaming PC built here. Great customer service, no problems with the computer, even 6 months later. Will do again!
my computer keeps crashing in a weird way so I had my dad bring it in while I was out of town. They installed heaven benchmark test and supposedly left that running all night with no crashes and couldn't figure out the problem even though I gave them a list of things that I had done before the crashes. They suggested replacing the monitor cable which I did but the computer is still crashing. They also claimed they cleaned the computer somehow but it's still as dusty as it was when I brought it in.
I brought my computer in to see if it was worth getting fixed. They said it'd cost a hundred plus tax to do diagnostics. I agreed. They got back to me and said it needed a new hard drive and told me it was worth it for an additional $110. I obliged. Came back to pick it up. Didn't work. Brought it back in, and they said something about a driver and that it was now fixed. I brought it back home to frustratingly discover it wasn't.
