Top notch service as before -- and so good that I purchased a new laptop from Computer Doctor when I picked up the old one which only needed clarification about how to do an external drive backup and completing the backup for me. Done with high expectations that as the darned things get more and more complicated to use for us seniors, they will be there to help!
I had a motherboard failure in my MacBook Pro. Sean at Computer Doctor revived my machine enough to transfer my data to a new machine. Along the way, Sean called me several times with updates. I felt the service was excellent and the pricing reasonable. Well done, Computer Doctor!
The staff at Computer Doc were knowledgeable, courteous and comforting. Scams are scary! They were patient with explanations and got my lap top in good working order. And it only took a couple of days. Would definitely recommend them!

Excellent experience bringing in my vintage 2010 MacBook Pro that would not boot up. Diagnosis was failed hard drive so with the Steve’s excellent guidance, I decided to give my old machine a proper burial and purchase a refurbished MacBook Pro. All my data was copied off the old and installed on new in no time. Friendly, competent, attentive and reasonably priced. Highly recommend
