I called the Computer Doctor, I was having problems with my phone, I couldn't screen shot, turns out my phone case was the problem. Shawn and Sandi were both very knowledgeable and kind. They ordered a new case for me. I will definitely be back!! Thank you!

When I took my Eluktronics gaming laptop here last fall to replace the hard drive, the shop charged me the higher rate for gaming PCs instead of regular laptops, even though they are rebranded mass-produced Chinese laptops also sold under other brand names that should not be much harder to find information for than an Alienware, not self-built gaming desktops whose one-off nature I assume justifies the higher fee. If this fee has always applied to prebuilt gaming computers as well I think they could have made that clearer in... read more
