I took my Laptop in to have a Hard Drive Installed. It wasnt loading up all the way so they installed a 120 Gig harddrive because that was enough memory for those who dont store lots of music and movies, thats what I was told. So I got the Service. Came to $144 Total. Basically I paid for LABOR. Make things worst my computer was cracked at the bottom, looks as if they had no clue how to open it and PRY'd it open and cracked it all to HELL. Took our laptop in to have virus' removed and updated windows installed. Got laptop back and keyboard did not work. Took back they temporarily fixed the keyboard then it quit working as soon as I got it home. Took back for a second time and they fixed it. Brought computer home and later that evening the laptop said that the updated windows that was installed was NOT a genuine copy. Took laptop back for a third time and was treated rudely.
